These Terms of Use govern your use of the App, provided by Quantum4u Lab Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Use of the App

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Modify, adapt, hack, or reverse engineer the App.
• Create derivative works based on the App.
• Use the App to transmit any viruses, worms, or malicious content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its data.

Subscription Info

• The yearly subscription plan comes with a 3 days trial period. The user can cancel their subscription anytime during the trial period without being billed. They will be billed automatically after the trial period ends.
• The user can cancel his/her subscription at any time by going into iTunes and App Store Apple ID Settings.
• All prices include applicable local sales taxes.
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account after confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• The user's account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• The monthly subscription plan comes without a trial & user will be charged immediately. The plan period would be for 30 days and it will be automatically renewed after completing its time.
• The subscription plans are auto renewable and keep getting renewed until you stop them from your iTunes or apple account.
• The provider may not be held liable for the auto renewable plans as the user gets intimation of renewal 24 hours prior and they can manage or cancel their subscription at any point of time.
• The provider or seller keeps the rights to change the subscription plans length & price at any time without any prior notice.

 

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content you create, upload, or share using the App ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your User Content in connection with operating and providing the App.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload, post, or share any User Content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or offensive.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains personal information without consent.
• Promotes discrimination, hate, or violence.

 

Privacy

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to us. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our App by any third party.
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your State/Country] to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App.
