End User License Agreement (EULA)

Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and  ("Quantum4u Lab Private Limited"). By downloading, installing, or using the mobile applications published by Quantum4u Lab Private Limited, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not download, install, or use the App.

License Grant

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may install and use the App on a mobile device that you own or control.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

1. Copy, modify, or distribute the App.
2. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
3. Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited activity.
4. Rent, lease, or sublicense the App.
5. Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the App.

Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold, to you. The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights to the App.

Updates and Upgrades

The Company may provide updates, upgrades, or modifications to the App. Any such updates or upgrades are subject to the terms of this EULA unless such update or upgrade is accompanied by a separate license, in which case the terms of that license will govern.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy all copies of the App in your possession.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that the operation of the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses) arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the App, however caused, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, or otherwise) and even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or your violation of this EULA.

Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be resolved in the courts located in [Your Jurisdiction].

Severability

If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the App and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
